Looking at the above figures, the sixty four million dollars question is, ”when will this country be solvent to the degree that private investors have the confidence to make it an integral part of their investment portfolio with the confidence that it will not default on its financial commitments”,that it will meet the ECB targets and prove to be a viable part of the EU investment core. In essence, When will it be a viable investment as Apple or Mooregate . Is it another Ireland, Greece or Portugal in the making? Will it ever be the great investment beacon of the south again?

Your guest is probably just asgood as mine. Only the future will tell. It will need inspried innovations delivering very good ROI.
